Install in three steps

Direct APK installs aren't from the Play Store, so Android will ask you to allow it once.

Download the APK

On the Android phone, tap Download APK above. If the browser warns about the file type, choose Download anyway.

Allow the install

Open the downloaded file. If prompted, enable Allow from this source (Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps), then tap Install.

Sign in & test OTP

Open Kotha, enter your phone number (e.g. +8801…), and complete the OTP sign-in to start testing.

For the UAT tester

This build talks to the staging server (api.staging.kotha.live) — not production. Test data is fine to create.
OTP sign-in: enter a Bangladesh number as +8801XXXXXXXXX. The code arrives by SMS. If no SMS arrives within a minute, message the team — staging SMS routing may need a nudge.
Use a second phone or contact also on this build to test 1-to-1 messages, voice, and video calls end to end.
Please note your phone model and Android version when reporting an issue, and include a screenshot where you can.
iPhone build is via TestFlight — ask the team for an invite; it isn't a direct download.
